The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the terrace was lovely.

A very quiet and comfortable place. There are also two spaces in a private parking garage , although parking in the street is no problem. There are also supermarkets nearby easily reached on foot.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Breaking the car journey from Santander ferry to Alicante, this extraordinary building is on multi-levels with good sized rooms, plenty of outside relaxing space yet virtually in the town centre close to bars and a few restaurants and with ample free underground parking. Absolutely perfect for our purpose with good sized room/bathroom, all clean and fresh. Large (public) bar & restaurant, and with friendly staff.
The hotel is a lovely building with a very nice shady terrace at the front. My room was spacious and very comfortable with a nice view over the front of the hotel.
The location is very good, easy to drive straight into the underground parking which is free.
Breakfast was nice, I’m vegan so tostada con aceite y tómate was perfect plus some fresh fruit and juice.
I had my little dog with me as well and there was no problem taking her into the breakfast area with me. Also no extra charge for pets.

Breakfast was great and the staff were lovely and helpful. We also had ample free parking and a beautiful golden mimosa tree outside our window. The property is much bigger than. it appears with 60 rooms so you can escape other guests. The outside seating and bar service is super when the weather is nice.
Very nice little hotel with plenty of space inside and out. We will return.
