A perfect mountain retreat. Perfect location for walking in the National Park. Village of Pola de Somiedo had shops, several restaurants and a lovely bakery. Also a very helpful Information centre. Fantastic scenery and wildlife. The property was excellent and suited us perfectly.

If you want to be close to the hiking routes in Somiedo or watch wildlife then this is a good location. The owner is very friendly although communication was difficult as we don't speak enough Spanish to understand the information he gave us unfortunately. The apartment was very basic in its furniture and equipment. There is space to park but if all the apartments are occupied then it can get quite a bit harder to park.
