It gives you a warm home welcome even before you meet your hosts and that’s generally the feel. It’s like staying with your favourite relatives. We had the suite with the huge bed with plenty of space, it has an old farmhouse feel. The evening meal was pork ribs with garlic potatoes, wow! Be prepared that when you ascend for bed, it’s quiet, very quiet. My wife and I normally wake up during the night but the sun was up before us. Whilst enjoying breakfast, we were treated to a herd of Ibex being playful just across the river. What’s not to like ?

This mountain hotel is set against the beautiful backdrop of the Somiedo Nature Reserve in southern Asturias. It offers country-style rooms with flat-screen TV and a private bathroom.

Had a lovely stay here. Guillermina the host was helpful and made us sandwiches for our hike on request. The house was immaculately clean, the room was spacious and we had a great two nights' sleep. The guesthouse is beautifully decorated. The area is so beautiful and the hike to the Lago del Valle is stunning.

Ceraca is situated in Pola de Somiedo. This apartment features free private parking and a lift.

Location close to La Peral was spot on. We were there for bears. Fabulous views from the terrace. Really great staff who were so friendly and Raul fully explained that there was no restaurant and gave us options.
