We had a wonderful holiday stay in the house 52 located in the Roca serena gated community. (The new photos of the booking.com is exactly that house.) The house is after Casa serena beach 5, which makes it more hidden, private and nice :) It is located mere 7-10 minutes from Cala Serena beach and around 15 minutes by foot from Cala Fererra, which is very convenient when you do not plan to rent a car. The house has everything you need for a great vacation - all kitchen amenities, 2 barbecues outside, with coal ready to be used, gears for the beach, basically we did not miss anything, apart maybe a sunbed or something similar to enjoy more the terrace in the evenings. The neighbors are usually German or Spanish, very friendly and calm atmosphere and very relaxing overall.

The appartment is spacios for two couples for a few days. The communication via whatsapp was perfect. The way to the sea/beach is just 5 minutes walking. There is very nice restaurant near by, and a small and expensive supermarket. The aircondition works very well.

Fantastic location, loved looking at the view every morning especially and the fact that we could catch the Starfish boat tour right in front of the apartment and walk to the beach and restaurants and shops.
