Gluten free options available in breakfast. Nice décor and good size rooms. The regional food selection is great. Welcome personalised card, is a nice touch. Front desk is friendly and resolves issues as soon as possible. Area is quiet with supermarket next door and food at walking distance. The bus stop is very convenient (goes every 20-30 mins) until late. It is possible to go there in Metro with connecting lines plus bus in the last 20 mins (L9Sud from airport, L1Torrasa + A1/A2 bus). Checkout online and card drop is very convenient. The town itself has shops that close late to buy a USB socket wall charger for 7-8 euro (if you forgot yours like me). The house was great! It's got s nice kitchen equipped with everything we needed for a week, three bedrooms with comfy beds, and a nice living room, bathroom as well nicely maintained. The terrace was a big bonus :)
We came for an extended Formula 1 weekend, and the property has a great location for that - 3 minute walk away from the tran station to Montmelo, and an easy connection to Barcelona itself. The house is also very close to a huge Lidl, and 15 minutes walking from the centre of Rubi. All in all, we had a good time.

One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Beds were extremely comfortable. Room was spacious and comfortable. About the breakfast were another history. You need to be very careful during the reservation because was noted good breakfast , that doesn't mean that is included . You need to find a small filter for that etc and will cost you 26 euros more. There are free parking outside like on internal court so that was very helpful for us.
I liked parking lot :). The facility (especially rooms) is rather old and worn out (needs some investments).
The location is good if you need a quick access to the highway. It is like 20 minutes drive to Barcelona City.
The Bathroom was lovely and clean. There was a bath with over shower which was very powerful and there was heaps of hot water. Plenty of towels too.
Underground car park is perfect, for anyone carrying personal items with them which they leave in the car.
We were very happy and satisfied during our stay @ Exe Barbera Parc.
