It was really clean and comfortable. We were driving, so parking and access was easy. It is a little way out of the main attractions in the city, but the bus only took roughly 20 minutes and we found the walk to the bus stop easy.
The staff were also incredibly kind and helpful. We had to check out at 4am to go to Valencia. The staff member manning the desk when we were checking out, organised us a coffee and a pastery because we were going to miss breakfast. They really went the extra mile.
