We arrived later in the afternoon so did not manage to walk around the area, but the views from the hotel were amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the evening meal and there was a lot of choice for breakfast. We have stayed in a Parador hotel before and love the old buildings they are in.

Host is extremely nice, rooms are clean and very comfortable. And it is obvious that there was designer involved - it is not random set of ikea stuff. It is interesting location close to the lake ( I cant find a name of that lake). One of our rooms had a view on lake. You can hear birds.

The staff were amazing. The location is great, especially if you arrive by train. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. It was too cool to use the pool, but that's not why we stayed in Vitoria. Easy walking to everything

Super helpful and friendly staff, before and during stay. Room was perfect size, bed very comfortable and shower super hot if needed. Location ideal - far enough out of centre for ease of nearby parking and close enough for a 5 minute walk into centre. Hotel offer good discounted parking at nearby Plaza Amarica just 2 or 3 minutes walk from hotel.

The most amazing view. Utterly spectacular and breathtaking. Very remote and interesting little village with a sanctuary/monastery a 10 minute walk away.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our stay near to the main road but far enough away so it was quiet. Good size room with everything you need.
Breakfast was amazing lots of choices including made fresh to order hot food. Wish we had longer to see the beautiful countryside. Parking was good, plenty.

Its a former Palace but maybe needs updating. The rooms are large and comfortable but my bedside light didn't not work so I read with my headtorch. It is in the middle of nowhere comparatively which is a plus if you want that but a negative if you want to eat out. We didn't try the food due to the cost. 19 euros for breakfast is not good value unless you can eat for two. The free parking was a bonus as everyone will need their own transport to get there.
Friendly staff, bedrooms good size & comfortable. Food excellent. Good parking & convenient for transport links ie..motorway. Lovely views from bedroom.
