The staff were amazing. The location is great, especially if you arrive by train. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. It was too cool to use the pool, but that's not why we stayed in Vitoria. Easy walking to everything

Super helpful and friendly staff, before and during stay. Room was perfect size, bed very comfortable and shower super hot if needed. Location ideal - far enough out of centre for ease of nearby parking and close enough for a 5 minute walk into centre. well we're made very welcome and special! just one night stop before bilbao ferry to the uk ! We had a large room with comfortable chairs and table, lovely views, walk in shower, amazing selection of toiletries. The breakfast was continental with a great selection of high quality products, probably organic and i would guess locally sourced! Well worth a stay here.
