The house is very well equipped, and it has a wonderful terrace. It's very quiet at night. The airconditioning works fine. It's not one of the generic, hotel-room-like short term rentals, but a place that had clearly been used as someone's home, which I like -- it gives the place more character. Aigües is a lovely, quiet, picturesque little town without the high-rise buildings that tend to dominate the coast here. There's a couple of nice restaurants, all located in the same street, very close to the house. More restaurant, shops etc, and a nice large beach, are in the nearby Campello, a much bigger place, some 20 minutes by car (a pleasant drive).

Finca El Otero is set in the hills above the village of Aigües and features a swimming pool with great views. Its luxurious rooms open onto private terraces.

Surrounded by lovely gardens, the bed and breakfast offers views of the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. There are communal lounge areas and dining room with a fireplace.

Breakfast and dinner in Finca el Otero are at best gourmet level and better than what you can get in world's best hotels (honestly, test if you don't believe me). You can sit inside, on their terrace and they have tables in their garden as well so that you have privacy and can enjoy mountain and sea views when you are eating. Peter and Ernest are running the place together and they provide you with 10/10 customer experience all the time, you feel more as their friend at their home rather than guest in a hotel. Rooms, safe parking and pool are nice as well :)
