The service was impeccable the staff is so attentive and friendly and genuinely kind that really makes such a difference - always willing to help and make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Very nice new resort, not too big and not too small, built up of little villas.
Rooms are of good size with nice bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable.

Staffs are nice. Especially the kids club staffs. The cove is nearby and is super safe, I loved the Snorkeling with my small children. Never felt unsafe. Hotel food is good. They have many good activities especially for children.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Marsa Alam. The location is beautiful, the food was great, and the staff were exceptional, especially Mohamed Saeed at reception. He made us feel welcome from the start and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We initially booked two rooms, but Mohamed offered us a family suite. After a day, we preferred separate rooms, and the switch was made easily, along with a thoughtful gesture of sweets and fruit. Highly recommend for family/friends getaways! 💯

This resort steps out of the ordinary because of its food, the food here actually tastes good, is warm and the staff pays a lot of attention to refilling the items even before they are empty.

The staff is incredible nice, respectful, attentive, funny and really friendly, from housekeepers, waiters, receptionists, diving center staff ( who are independent) , taxi company until managers. Everyone here just gives you a good vibe. And I love that about them, I know how busy they are and how much they work.

food in general was ok. The bakery quality could be better. Dealing of the stuff was generally good. The beach is fantastic, water was crystal clear with fish all around. I have to thank for the valet-parking
