The staff was so helpful and caring, starting with Mr. Hassan at the reception when he received us until we left. Mayra called us daily to follow up. The view was beautiful specially the sun set. Our vacation was amazing. Food was well done with love. Because of the good treatment we went next to Tolip Alexandria for an extra day. Hauskeeping was clean

The sea was wonderful,
It's far from the hotel but there is a Golf car available all the time.

The apartment has a very nice garden. Decent shower, clean bedding and comfortable mattresses and sofas. Very good fans - no need for AC at all.
