Location, location, location. On arrival, we decided to visit grocery store, but hostess done it before. Very thoughtful approach, all amenities (even some we didn't think about, guests will find them in bathroom, under sink ;) )
First of all- it's welcoming aroma on arrival, wifey is looking to order such. Sauna in apartment. We didn't want leave. Park, seaside, highly recomended.

If you want an authentic place, with magnificent furniture in a large dining room, heavy curtains, good beds, peace and quiet, home-baked bread and a sumptuous breakfast table, then this is the place. If you want personality, commitment and to feel like a valued guest, this is it. You get it all. Colors, stories and the atmosphere. No indifference, randomness or anonymity. Everything is chosen with care. Also Andrea Bocelli's aria during the breakfast. I know I will happily return again.

Spa is nice, most of all i liked Tolia it's self. Best surprise was mini golf. It was new and the tracks were good and not too complicated. I've visited Tolia Spa before and will do it again when i'm going to Ida-Virumaa.

We have been travelling for work in this region of Estonia (namely Johvis, Kohtla Jarve and Narva) for six years. Every time we have stayed in a highly rated apartment or hotel, we were deeply disappointed (even frustrated). We have not found a single accommodation in this area that was clean or comfortable even for a short stay, whether it was an apartment or a top hotel. Lack of cleanliness, poor bedding, uncomfortable beds - that is what we associated these cities with. We didn't expect anything from this apartment either. As soon as we opened the apartment door ( the building is authentic and very charming) we realised it was love at first sight - spotlessly clean, everything new, magnificent interior!!! Just wow! A very big thank you to the owner for the smooth communication! P.s. there is a great sushi/wok restaurant nearby!

Everything was great. It was the only place around where I could stay with my cat, staff was very friendly and tried to arrange everything so the cat was not disturbed. In general staff is very friendly and helpful, everything was very clean, breakfast was good (though as I understand it’s pretty much the same every day, so you might get bored when staying there longer). Nice cafe and pub, very tasty grill and cakes. Very much recommend!

The receptionist doesn't speak English, but he is a super lovely and polite old lady He helped me with all the information.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Absolutely delightful stay with a wonderful host. Lovely old villa well restored. Parking on site, very secure. Nice location and town. Great breakfast with all one needs. A very restful stay and a shame to move on. No complaints at all. Very few places I have stayed can match this.
Very good! We will put it in our list for future trips to Estonia. Nice location, nice apartment. There is a grill place near the entrance with table and chairs, so don't forget to buy something to grill. Free parking place. Room have everything to store and cook the food. We liked the small room with sofa before the entrance to big room. Nice to sit on the sofa and enjoying the view.
