Yes, it wasn't new, it had some tear and wear, but I didn't expect to be new at that price. In my experience, facilities worked well, beds were comfy, bed linens were clean (washed up, but clean), room was clean, it had all the essentials. So if you get a good deal on it, it's not a bad place to crush for the night or two.
