Everything was great. It has really central location but it’s quiet during the night. Kitchen is well equipped and you have access to free laundry. The pool is great 🙂

A friend and I traveled to Hosteria Paraiso for some relaxation and that is exactly what we experienced. Although I made a mistake when booking, the staff were able to accommodate my friend's mobility issues. The staff were some of the most helpful and friendly I have encountered in quite some time. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. The pictures are true to life: the tropical plants, the steam room, the whirlpool, the hammock - this place has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff arranged a massage and it was one of the best I have ever had! It's a short walk or a $1.50 cab ride into the village where there are multiple restaurants, and shops. I would absolutely recommend Hosteria Paraiso.

We loved our cabin in the woods! It was really relaxing and not the kind of place you stay every day.
We also liked the small touches like having your own BBQ area (albeit we didn't actually get round to using it), and the artisan coffee, granola and marmalade that are in the cabins that you can purchase.
Alicia was also a very good host, helping us understand how to get our onward bus after our stay and more generally just chatting with us about the eco lodge and the coffee making progress etc.
