The manager was very accommodating, fix a double booking that I had made, went out of her way to help us and make our stay enjoyable. The place has history and an ambiance that is pleasant and conductive to a time of rest, relax, and meditation. Looking forward to have my family and friends to enjoy a time away from the worldly noise. Great facilities for conferences and seminars. Our sincere gratitude for the service and the nice experience that we had in our short visit. My American friends, we will be planning a retreat in Ecuador.

We had a great time at Villa Bonita. Vanessa is very friendly and helpful, she was happy to give us tips on things to do around, and helped us booked our tour. Good location, short drive to the bus terminal. The place is beautiful, kept super clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of showers with hot water, and nice patio to meet other people. Fast wifi in both the rooms and common areas. Breakfast is included in the price, very nice. Definitely recommend if staying in Riobamba.
