La fuente has one of the most beautiful and fun furnishings that we ever experienced, everything was clearly very well selected and had a story, there were so many nice seating areas, beautiful and funky decor and the rooms were super comfortable and very very clean. We had a really peaceful, quiet and relaxing stay here. The area is gorgeous and it was nice to hike around the neighbourhood and just look at some of the beautiful homes nearby. We ate dinner here the first night we stayed and it was really delicious. It was nice to eat with the hosts as well, feels like a nice homestay experience. Micaela and Claudio were really helpful with information about the area and how to get around. We hiked in to Jarabacoa and it was a nice walk with beautiful scenery, it took about 1 hour to reach town. It was so peaceful at the house too, a really nice little relaxing break for us.
