The manager Camilla was amazing. She kindly and professionally sorted an issue with my booking. Her personal touch meant a lot. The apartment was very well equipped. The room was very quiet and clean. We had a late check in and we could open the door with a code we got via SMS. The hotel even called me to make sure we got it. Everything went very smoothly. Parking is free on the property. The pool and spa opened early so I got a nice swim and sauna in the morning to start my day fully energized. 10/10

Fantastic location, excellent service, good restaurants next door ,train station and bus station beside the hotel. Self check in was great as we arrived late at night.
Very friendly staff, everyone spoke English. Water tap in lobby for cold water to drink and to refill bottles. Coffee was only 25dkk . Very clean

This is an upmarket chain 'motel' situated just off the E45 motorway and close to a Circle K fuel station. I was not expecting too much, but I was pleasantly surprised by what I found. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful and the room was fine for my needs (1 or 2 nights etc). What really surprised me was the excellent and popular restaurant with a small but varied menu. The portions were huge. Note, the restaurant is not open on a Sunday, so best check other options. There was a small bar and a garden area. Breakfast was good. The local fuel station was vey handy for snacks/drinks etc.
This hotel is directly connected to Aalborg Congress Centre and 400 metres from Aalborg Station. It offers free WiFi and a popular, organic breakfast. Kunsten Art Museum is within 10 minutes’ walk.
