I received a message from the hotel when I reserved on August 7th. message stated that I would find a key in an envelope with my name on it. this was definitely not the case. No key to my room was waiting for me as promised. I took a picture of the only envelope there that was not in my name and contained 6 keys. i would be happy to provide you with a picture of the envelope. I tried to message the hotelier via your app. I did not stay at the hotel. I have been ripped off and would like to know what I can do to obtain a full refund? what is the procedure for this? Fabulous location! The space was cute and it was right downtown in Maribo with a few restaurants and stores nearby. Close to the lake. There was enough room for all of us to stay. There was a kitchen to use. The bathrooms were clean. There was parking nearby, however on weekdays you may need to park farther away.
I would definitely recommend to book a room with lakeview... so peaceful to sit at night on your small balcony and look out over the water
