Very nice accommodation, right in the center of the town and still very quiet. The beach can be reached within 10 minutes on foot. The accommodation has everything you need. We would love to come back.

Absolutely adequate hotel conveniently located for the ferry terminal. The room was clean and tidy but just a little bit 'tired' - as were the corridors upstairs. The hotel also seems geared up for the conference trade too which makes it a bit big and rambling. The restaurant was OK; food was fine and the service good. Very helpful staff on the reception desk. We stayed 2 nights and used it as a base to explore the coast nearby before catching the ferry to Norway. The inside pool was a welcome find . Perfectly serviceable hotel that fulfills it role but doesn't excel in any category.

Wounderful location 1 km from the beach in a quiet and relaxing area. Near the beach there is a single beach bar and thats it - exactly what we were looking for. We spent only two nights in Klitgaarden and wish we could have stayed longer. The hosts really make you feel welcome. We definitely plan to go there again.

Super cozy and comfortable, you can walk all the way from Hirtshals Lighthouse to the hotel on the beach. We walked from the ferry and it was about a 1.5 hour walk.
