We were travelling with a family of 4 to Söll in Austra. We decided to leave on Friday so that we could pass München on Friday, and arrive early in Söll on Saturday. We arrived late at night at 21.00 h, and informed the reception by phone we would arrive late. She stayed waiting and kept the 2 rooms free for us. We checked in and she was there to greet us with big smile and next morning when we checked out she was still wearing that friendly smile. Children really liked family room, since it was 2-stories.
