The apartment was really cozy and comfy and Kerstin was a lovely host. The village is wonderful and there are plenty of things to do nearby, such as nice restaurants 2 min away from the apartment or the weinwanderweg hike. The best thing was that the apartment is shaded in the afternoon, so it never gets too hot inside. The pallet beds were really nice, both comfortable and environmentally friendly. I also really liked the giant pillows we had for the double bed, as well as the couch pillows in the livingroom.

We stayed here as a stopover on the way to somewhere else in Germany and it was a hidden gem! If we'd known we might have stayed longer! The rooms are very modern and clean as well as large and comfortable. They're lovely and warm. There's a minibar that stocks some of the local wines - definitely worth trying while you're there. The crowning glory was the breakfast - OMG! The best breakfast we had on our trip and probably the most reasonably priced. Warm breadrolls that were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They were served on 2-tiered platters with a selection of meats and cheeses with some chutney and jam. There was coffee and juice too - and this was the basic breakfast! Free parking out the back was also really good. The host is very helpful and friendly.

The little town was very cute. The room had lots of space and the owner was very accommodating. The breakfast was excellent and more than we could eat. It was conveniently located off the Autobahn or romantic road if you were trying to make a quick stop or leisure trip through Germany. We enjoyed eating dinner in one of the local restaurants that was a 2 min walk from the hotel.
