There was a little bit of a smell (old? smoke?) in the room and I’m very sensitive to smell, but it ended up not bother me too much. The room was very basic, but actually very clean. I have stayed in much higher rated hotels with quite dirty rooms, there was nothing to complain in this room. No frills, just the basics, but also no pretentiousness. Friendly staff

The apartment was very nice and spacious and the host was kind and welcoming. The spacious closed terrace surrounded by green was a nice surprise, as was waking up to birdsong rather than car engines and tram sounds. Access to Stuttgart is very easy, as the U6 station is just on the main street, maybe 100m away.
