Clean rooms and bathroom, comfortable bed, heating in the room and bathroom, excellent breakfast with a varied selection, staff very friendly and welcoming. They accommodated me with my requests and even brought my stuff up to my room because I couldn't be there to check in due to a business meeting. Location is 4 minutes from the bus stop that takes you directly to the center of Hanover. There is a huge supermarket as well as restaurants and a pharmacy directly next to the hotel and there's even a swimming center a mere 5 minute walk from the hotel. The busses run until late and there are even night busses. The shopping street with a bakery and other shops is about a 7 minute walk from the hotel.

The hosts were exceptionally friendly and considerate. We had everything we needed, and they even provided a range of helpful baby equipment that made life a lot easier. The location was lovely!
