Nice meal outside the property and similarly good breakfast. The town is set within a lovely valley, that seemed to (understandably) attract a number of walkers, although I didn't have time to properly explore. Not too far from the autobahn either. Would consider returning next time I'm en route to OberBayern.

Great quite location with beautiful scenery. Plenty of parking space at the rear of the hotel. Restaurant serve large portions, and food taste great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms and the whole hotel were perfectly clean. We will definitely return.
We really loved our room: large, elegant, clean and comfortabel. Even with our dog we still had plenty of space. The balcony was great and allowed us to enjoy some sun. Also the parking was big enough, so no worries about finding a spot.
We enjoyed the fresh and extensive breakfast and appreciated the flexibility and hospitality of the staff.
Besides this, the restaurant served us delicious meals and we also liked the cosy bar at the hotel, where we spent a lovely evening.
Stop in quiet, green area. Good mix of the charm of an old family property and the adequate comfort / renovation. Very good food at dinner and breakfast. Great owners / staff. Park in front with children playground, farm animals, benches… Big free parking. Old castle 5 min by foot. Dogs welcome.
