Our stay at the Pension was a pleasure and the owner was great - really nice and helpful. and at night you can listen to the sound of the river flowing right behind the Pension - awesome experience.

You can make foot trips from the apartments to any of Meissen's attractions, like the Porcelain Museum or Albrechtsburg Castle. Apartments are equipped with everything that you need. And you can feel the owner's love for southern Africa in apartment furnishing. We will definitely stay in these apartments if we come to Meissen again.

The hosts were fantastic. They helped me get an iron so I could iron my dress for a wedding that day. The room is very spacious, and was cool even during the hot summer months. It is very clean (totally spotless!) and had all the amenties required. The buidling is very cute and right in the heart of Meissen. Definitely stay here instead of a hotel:) The room, location, hosts surpassed my expectations! Thank you Sabine for everything you made us very welcome. A little tip on staying in Meissen - to get there we recommend taking the train from Dresden that comes very frequently (every 10-15 minutes) instead of taking a cab (65euros from Dresden). We also enjoed the stadhouse museum and cathedral (Dom) in Meissen. If you are passing through Dresden definitely check out the Zwinger which has three incredible museums (porcelains, paintings, and mathematical/scientific history).
