The hotel was very clean and fitness center had decent enough equipment to use. You must ask for key to the fitness center, but I understand because they are a family friendly hotel and want to keep children out. The steam radiator heater enabled the room to stay at a comfortable temperature even thought it was about 27 degrees Fahrenheit outside. Nice view of hillside from the window. The staff was friendly and one lady in the morning spoke fluent English while the lady in the evening spoke little but was enough for us to communicate well.

This hotel is one of the best I've stayed in here in Germany! Super staff, nice breakfast. The family suite room is very nice! Our double room was very nice! Great location!
