The location is excellent. We had requested a room in the Annex with a view of the castle and that's what we were given. Fabulous. Ground floor room gave us a little patio with the castle view. Breakfast buffet had a great selection and we started each day well fed. The bathroom is small and a bit dated, but fully functional and clean, so no complaints. Lots of storage for those who wish to fully unpack suitcases.

I stayed for two nights and was in the attic room.The room was clean, actually spotless, warm, and comfortable. The bed was lovely and bequem. The staff were lovely, friendly, and welcoming. I got the breakfast added on, and I was happy I did. It really was value for money. There was parking in the back, which was free. Also it was walking distance from the restaurants and castles. Perfect location.

One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Our stay was magical. We had 2 rooms next to one another with an open patio deck area and a perfect and spectacular view of the Neuschwanstein Castle. We always had a free parking spot. The location is perfect! The included breakfast was wonderful and we loved everything about our stay!
The hotel was ideally situated for visiting both castles in one day and a walk around the lake. All in easy reach on foot. The hotel was spotless. We had a spacious room with a balcony which gave us a spectacular view of the mountain and the castle. Good choice of breakfast and we were greeted with a complimentary drink and cake on arrival at the hotel. Brilliant secure underground parking was available on site.
Terrific hotel out of the hustle bustle of the main 'centre' but no more than a 5 minute walk. That makes this a peaceful location.
The room was excellent - we had a separate bedroom from a living area with a terric view of the main event right above us.
Breakfast was excellent and although there is no restaurant there was always someone at the bar for a beer or glass of wine.
There's even underground parking.
Stunning hotel in a stunning location, we had the most incredible view from our room which we were not expecting but were blown away by! Within walking distance of many local restaurants, breakfast at the hotel was fantastic! We walked up to Neuschwanstein Castle and this took about 30 minutes, and free parking was a bonus as well. Would definitely look to return!

This place is a hidden gem! It is very peaceful and quiet, especially in the evenings and mornings when there are not many tourists around. Breakfast with the Neuschwastein Castle view, free parking lot for hotel guest, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. You can get to the castle early in the morning to avoid the crowds which arrives around 9.00 am.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
Good hotel near the castle and the lake. Various breakfast, very helpfull people, clean room and bathroom. Everything only in high quality.
You can park the car in the public car parking places (not directly to the hotel) and have to get from the hotel reception a paper sheet to put on the car panel (then a car parking is cheaper). No problem with a car parking, just need to know the system :).
Great location, especially when one is in room 1 with a balcony from which one has a direct view to the castle Neu Schwanstein. Room was great, staff was very helpful, breakfast was good and in accordance with what one may expect from a continental breakfast, free parking direct behind the house (which saves euro 10 one would have to pay for the public parking lot.
