I can't say enough good things about this hotel, and if I am ever in the area, this is the place I'd stay again: it's right in the city center near transportation, the staff is kind and always helpful, and the room was giant and so clean. There was also a hairdryer and umbrella in the room, and two heating units (I believe my room was a queen). There are many places to sit and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the hotel, including the breakfast area and outdoor seating. There's also a restaurant in the hotel, so if you love fine dining, I would recommend it (I didn't eat there, but it is loved by the community and seems really nice). And as a bonus, if you don't speak German, that's okay because the staff speaks English!
