Outstanding staff - good, polite and helpful (front desk was English speaking) The room was beautiful! It was clean, heated bathroom floors, loved the shower and bathtub, comfortable bed. The hotel breakfast was great value for money. Excellent service (server was English speaking) and food variety was good. Hotel is located across the street from the Rhein River (2-3 min walk). Two restaurants located across the street from the hotel - RheinSchänke - MM Rheinterrassen GmbH & Co KG and another small outdoor restaurant overlooking the Rhein.

Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and a real treat to have waiter service rather than the usual buffet. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much.
