The location was excellent. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. The room had an old world charm about it as did the breakfast room. The breakfast was generous and tasty. The view of the river and castle was excellent. Our only regret was we couldn’t stay longer.

The staff went out of their way - this is rural German hospitality at their best. We ended up being given two rooms for the price of one, because the first one didn't have a bed for our daughter. Even at breakfast, they provided things not foreseen and were relaxed about checkout, etc.
