Igor is a great host and caters to the demands of his guests. We really enjoyed our stay as the apartment is 5-10 mins walk to all the tourist attractions.
The private parking space is also quite decent.

Spacious, nice compact ground floor apartment. 5km from the center. Very well kept, only the floor quite dusty. You get black soles by walking barefoot. Some slippers are no luxury. Parking just in front of the window.
