Everything is amazing, location is really nice, 1h from Prague if you live around. Very nice new rooms, very clean. Very helpful receptionists, great massage from Mrs. Jana. They lend board games and I appreciate them trying to schedule swimming pool, whirpool and sauna so that the visitors have it privately if possible.
Be aware that outside of season (especially April to June), much of the facilities in the surrounding area only open during weekends and unless you have a bike or a car, you will be stuck mostly with this place.
Also, the beds are rather hard (8 out of 10).

What a nice place and what a lovely hostess. An ideal place to stay to explore the Tabor area and southern Bohemia. The guesthouse has spacious rooms with modern bathrooms. No air conditioning, but if the windows are open it stays nice and fresh at night. You make your own breakfast, the supermarket is 50 meters away. Upstairs there is a fridge and a kettle for coffee. Below is a beautiful garden with shade where you can enjoy a nice meal and a beer in the evening. What more could you want?

The owner offered us the whole guest house because there were 9 of us. Everything is very cozy, high-quality equipment, unusually spacious and well-equipped whole room. It was a royal vacation for us. Unfortunately the weather prevented us from using the pool, but it looked very good too.
