My Czech wife remarked a few times "My grandma Rosie had that!" and "I remember playing with that when I was a little kid." As for the facilities: the bed was so comfortable and the bedroom quiet and dark that I had my best sleep in months there. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked a couple times there missing nothing. There's private parking and a small garden with a swing that kept the dog and kids occupied when we needed to organize things. Finally, the location is perfect. It's close to, but not in the middle, of everything. It's a really nice property and the hosts were clear and communicative.
