Lovely hotel in the centre of the town. The staff were very helpful, especially the receptionists who gave us useful advice. Have known this hotel for many years but this time I was especially impressed with the hotel's improvements.

The location was absolutely fantastic. It was nice and quiet, there were beautiful sites around and great hiking options. The hosts even have a little guidebook with all the hikes, must-sees and nearby restaurants, which was great. We got the key from a locker, which was very convenient. Stay in blue challets. We chose this place due to close proximity to Prachov rocks and short driving distance to Jičin town where we shopped for self catering. Challets and surrounding yard, overall territory very clean, full of plants. They have also rooms in main building where restaurant is, but we travelled with a dog so stayed in challets. Challets get warm quickly during hot days, but they all have AC so short time needed until the pleasant temperature.

Large room, with a small but well equipped kitchen, which would probably serve well as a base for exploring the area in a few days. Bunk beds great for a family. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night. The pool was great for the kids on a hot day.
