Nice place, spaceful room, clean, nice and quiet neighbourhood. Kitchen well equipped. We arrived quite late and received clear instructions how to get the keys and get into the apartment. Small sauna wich you can book just for yourself. Not sure how it is in winter but there's a small fireplace in the apartment so it can be quite cosy.

We stayed there 7 days with our dog.
1.Personel: it’s the most important point of each service. All staff very friendly, smiley, professional and supportive.
2. Good quality of the service (breakfast , cleaning, rooms, sauna, restaurant …)
3. very good breakfast (wide range of choice, good quality of food) - a bit wider is on Savoy :)
4. In restaurant I only suggest more vegetarian options :)

The location. The friendly staff. The apartment was well appointed with just about everything that is needed. The kitchenette has an induction hob,kettle,coffee machine,toaster,egg boiler and a microwave as well as a fridge with a small freezer compartment. Comfortable beds and furniture.
We have stayed here many times over the years and would not consider staying anywhere else in Vrchlabi.

A really nice mountain hotel with spectacular views. A great place to start all mountain excursions. Massive rooms. Clean throughout. Really friendly staff. Oh and the restaurant is just superb! The breakfasts are nice, but the dinners are simply something else!

The host is very helpful and responds to whatsapp. Room Was clean and mostly well equipped. Great little kitchen with dishwasher and strong mini fridge. It is in a good location near center of town. Parking is covered and our large car fit. For people during Ski season I think this place is perfect.
