The guesthouse is located in Litomerice, a locality we knew nothing about but which charmed us with the beauty of the historic center. The location is exceptional, 3 minutes from the center, very clean, neat and tastefully decorated. Parking was easy, in front of the building! Varied breakfast with quality products! The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The owner is a very nice and caring person. The accommodation is pets friendly which suited us perfectly! He told us that he wants the guests to be happy to come back to their grandmother's house and that is exactly the feeling you get when you arrive there. Everything is beautifully clean, the interior is new because they recently opened. They're still working on finishing it, but it doesn't matter, because it already looks great. The breakfast was better than in a luxury villa in Bali! I highly recommend it!

This was our second stay at Hotel Active Stadium.
While our first visit was pleasant, this time we had a few issues that made the experience less enjoyable.
Despite these issues, we will likely use the hotel again, as we’ve had good experiences in the past. However, better cleaning and maintenance would make a big difference for future stays.
