Gentlemen! I strongly request to get my money repayed for this absolutely unhuman conditions of living. All rooms has no toilets аnd washstands . Only joint facilities in the end of a long corridor. All night long there were coming a crowds of a drunk German visitors . They were so noisy and aggressive that we were had to call to police. My family did not sleep at all. Spacious Apartment equipped with all one needs, we were 5 adults there. Breakfast was excellent, very personal approach by the owner, wide selection, it was sold separately but I recommend.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant throughout the whole stay! Also, they have live animals on the property (alpacas and deer) which you could feed so that was 10/10 for my girlfriend!

Quiet and peaceful location, right next to the Soos natural reserve. No annoying wildlife (mosquitos) despite the vicinity of the peat bog. Beautiful hiking trails and excellent restaurants with even better value nearby. The spa town of Františkovy Lázně is within walking distance (an hour or so) and the medieval town of Cheb is a short drive away. Both are well worth the visit. The facilities are newly refurbished and very well kept. You are given your own key and are free to come and go as you please.
