We only stayed a night at the hotel (mid-December) as someone was hosting us in town for a few weeks. The accomodation was of course faultless. All very pleasant, yet not the highlight of our stay. Chef Pavel publishes a brand new lunch menu every single day on the website the night before (wow, what a dedication & professionalism), and we were just floored by the quality and the taste of the food. We left Benátky nad Jizerou for home, totally distraught at the thought of not being able to lunch at the restaurant for a while. WE . WILL . BE . BACK .
