She helps you with everything she can since tickets, transportation, everything. And she speaks perfect english! Her mom and dad cook breakfast, lunch and dinner, really good food! Mary is amazing, she planned whole 4 days for us, which was best time spent in China. Her knowledge of park is top. We had breakfast and dinners and her cooking is just amazing. Super delicious food, everyday we had different fruit and also vegetable from her garden. You can not find best stay in Zhanghjijae.

Everything is great at Whispering Mountains - hospitality, great location to the park, fluent communication in English, great service and catering... I myself am native Chinese from Hunan living in the Netherlands; this time I traveled together with my native Dutch partner who doesn't speak a word of Chinese, and he can communicate without worries with staff at Whispering Mountains. On another note, I don't think much communication is needed. Lucas and his colleagues proactively arrange pick-up, walking routes in the park that perfectly dodged the crowds, breakfast and dinner... I honestly didn't expect such high level of service which matches luxury hotels in Europe in a small part of China. Even in Changsha, the capital city of Hunan province, you wouldn't be able to find sth this level. I would recommend anyone who come to Zhangjiajie taking this hotel.
