She helps you with everything she can since tickets, transportation, everything. And she speaks perfect english! Her mom and dad cook breakfast, lunch and dinner, really good food! Its proximity to yangjiajie ticket gate. Just a walking distance. Carol, the owner, was very accomodating, helpful and very fluent in English, too, which was a very big plus. She served as our travel consultant and she suggested the best places to visit given the vastness of Zhiangjiajie Nature Park. Food was also good- typical Chinese cusine- simple yet delicious.

This is by far the best place I've stayed in China and it's all because of Merry, the host. She honestly will make your days in Zhangjiajie INCREDIBLE. Firstly, because she knows everything about the park, having worked there for many years. If you follow her suggestions, you'll really feel like you had the most of the place. Her meals are out of this world, freshly cooked vegetables, tofu, mushrooms, with that "homey" feel, that change every day. She can pre-book tickets and arrange transportation, in case you need. It's possible to do laundry, free of cost. Her place is less than a 5-minute walk from the main entrance of the park. Rooms are also large, clean, comfortable and quiet. I can't wait to go back to her place!

The hotel is also very pretty and the views are amazing. Definitely worth a visit!
