Everything is good. Breakfast — good and versatile. Stuff — polite and helpful. Activities for kids — interesting and different everyday. The sea is perfect — small waves, sand, and it is literarily empty, nobody is swimming. Wi-Fi was quite ok, I was able to make a telegram call via Wi-Fi and VPN. Room was fully equipped. In total: 100% recommended.
Surrounding area is quite empty, but you can take taxi to the nearest restaurants for like 2-3 € (10-15 ¥), car arrives in less than a minute. You do not need local phone number to do so, just register Alipay account and use DiDi app inside of it.

The hotel is in a community with 8 floors, very close to the sea. The minimalist decoration in the room is very satisfactory. The bathroom is exceptionally clean and well lit. Sea view breakfast was good.

We booked a Grand Ocean View King but were pleasantly surprised to have been upgraded to the much larger Executive Suite Ocean View Room. The guest relations manager introduced herself to us and gave us a chat contact should we wished to ask any questions. The room had all the old school hotel fixtures like retractable hanging line in the shower and drying rack on the balcony which make it great for travellers. The view was very good and we enjoyed use of the pools.
We asked reception for recommendations of local restaurants. They didn't seem very knowledgeable but ultimately they recommended the Yiheng Shopping Food Court where we had a great seafood market meal.
The hotels has a lot of facilities and activities for kids and a very modern and well appointed gym.
The hotel is reasonably close to the airport.
Featuring a private pool, hotel has no direct access to the beach, you need to walk out of the hotel for about 6 minutes and cross the road to the beach.

I recently stayed at the Ramada Plaza Sanya Bay hotel with my family and had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. The location is great, with plenty of local restaurants nearby to explore. For those who prefer familiar tastes, there are also KFC and Pizza Hut options available.
The beach is conveniently located just 500 meters away, making it easy to enjoy some sun and sand. Our kids loved the pool, which was a perfect spot for them to play and have fun. Additionally, the rooms were cleaned on a daily basis, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend it for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation spot.

The hotel is very good, the infinity pool at the roof top is very nice with amazing views. Here it is important to say that the pool closes from 12.00 pm until 3.00 pm.
The rooms are comfortable, but you can smell the humidity. The breakfast has a lot of options, and you can find a variety of Chinese food, but also some western breakfast.
Almost all The hotel staff doesn’t speak English, there are some persons who can. They were always ready to help and they helped us a lot, and they are really friendly. As an advice, it is always important to use some Google translate ;)
