I am usually satisfied with Novotel, but we got upgraded to a suite and our stay became even greater. Very comfortable room with a small living room, a separate bedroom and a great modern and well designed bathroom. We had all of the necessary amenities, the staff was really kind and the breakfast was really good too. The hotel location is central and conveniant. We loved that this hotel is connected to the mall so there are dining and entertainment options for us. We didn't get to enjoy breakfast because we had to leave early for the airport. We were able to request a packed breakfast that we could take with us. There were also English channels available on the TV. Since the toiletries were in refillable bottles, it was very thoughtful to have a small bottle of lotion available for guests.
