We liked everything! Super clean, comfortable and spacious room! Good water pressure in the shower, great breakfast, comfortable bed and premium amenities. The best part is the staff though. They were always smiling and went out of their way to please us and make sure we had the best experience. Special thanks to Ingrid, Bruno, Felipe and Ringo, perfect service from beginning to end! We rented the car with the hotel and it was there for us when we arrived, super easy and convenient! They picked us up at the airport and dropped us off with no charge. And we also hired a guide through them and we recommend each and every one of their services!

Cannot recommend Pua Vaenga more! Bea was a wonderful host, she picked us up from the airport with beautiful flower necklaces. She was amazing from start to finish- was always there when we needed, and took us on an excellent (and really reasonably priced) tour! We learned so much about the Island and it's history, and also got an included beach trip. The hostel itself is lovely, the beds are super comfy and it's kept spotlessly clean. - Amazing hospitality by Mahatu 😊. She personally did the airport pick and drop for us, complimentary. If you want to stay a bit longer on Rapa Nui, there is no better place to feel the atmosphere of the island. The owner - Claudio - is a friendly guy who will not only accommodate you very well, but will help you arrange trips with the best guides and recommend local restaurants and bars. In the hostel you have a well-equipped kitchen, a terrace and, as a package, two adorable orange-white cats and friendly dogs who will want to go everywhere with you on walks. The biggest advantage of the hostel is its location - close to Tahai - the best place for sunsets on the island. The internet worked perfectly - which is a huge advantage and a rarity on this island. I wholeheartedly recommend a stay here and if I am lucky enough to return to Easter Island, I will definitely return to this hostel.

Everything!! Location was fantastic and so convenient we could have walked to and from airport if we didn’t have luggage also short walk to cafes, groceries, waterfront & car rentals. The attention to detail, warm and friendly staff. Maria picked us up from the airport and showed us around the area and always made us feel at home. Sebastian was awesome and easy to chat with and basically all the staff were great! Our room overlooked the town and we loved it.
