Great view from the room and comfortable bed. I only checked in for a night as my friends had planned ski trip in Zermatt. My early check in request was honoured,which is I am thankful for. Sorry i don’t recall her name but the lady in reception was helpful & as it was my first visit in Switzerland she recommended me some local restaurants. Thats call personalised service 🥰. Cozy place with beautiful panorama on Alps. Room was clean and super comfortable. Breakfast was full of tasty local products ( especially regional cheeses- La gruyere and Raclette or milky yogurt ). Hotel provides also restaurant with local cusine and home made wine ( my favourite - Pinot Noir ). The area around has a lot to offer - my choice was to see Matterhorn from Zermatt. I strongly recommend the hotel.
