The location was at the vicinity of Winterthur but close to the location that we visited. Shopping and Restaurants were within walking distance. The host was very friendly and uncomplicated and great to talk to.
Our hotel is easily reachable in a 7-minute drive from the city centre of Winterthur. It is 19 km (11.8 miles) to Zurich, and a 2-minute walk to the next station.

This stay was for my wife for her birthday; the following is her review. a gorgeous room right in the centre of lovely Winterthur. Superbly clean, very friendly staff and such a comfy bed. The price is a true bargain for Switzerland considering the central location and generous size of the room. Loved the inclusions such and a small fridge, bathtub, and tea/coffee making items. They even left me a little cake with candle and card for my birthday. Lush garden views and everything at your doorstep.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
The Hosts were amazing. they checked us in and showed us around and instructed thoroughly. the facility and the house was amazing. we had the breakfast in the morning which was an extremely elaborate menu. there were swings and playing area for children and an amazing collection of movies to chose from in the dinning area to watch. i loved how it was secluded and quite. loads of private parking on the driveway.
