The staff in this hotel were all really wonderful and friendly.
I had a room that looks over the terrace and it was quiet. There are electric blinds so the room is dark at night.
The restaurant is very good and the servings are quite big.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Superb air conditioned room with a big, comfortable bed, spotless soft linen and a private terrace with a double width sun lounger looking out over the lake.
The restaurant was superb whether for an evening meal on the terrace watching the sunset, or for the generous continental breakfast buffet.
Plenty of parking and the hotel is a few minutes walk from the centre of Schmerikon which offers a good range of shops as well as train and boat station.
