We initially wanted to extend another night but Sonia, upon knowing the chalet was too hot for my children, asked us to head towards the mountains as it’s cooler there. She could have just take our money and earned it but she’s truly considerate towards her customers and think in their interest.

Co-located with the thermal bath complex, lots of options for relaxation, dining and other services. Located slightly away from medieval village, ample parking and bus connections. Room was comfy and well equipped, even if the decor in the room I was assigned was a bit dated. Had a balcony with amazing view!
Great location in old town Saillon. Lovely terrace with view of the mountains. Constance was wonderful, made us feel very comfortable and provided a wealth of information. Excellent breakfast. Free parking 3 minute walk away.
central , plenty of places to walk to with the dog , great parking area , the entry system for after 23:00 flawless , breakfast was good and had everything we needed , the restaurant served good food and gladly spoke other languages
