This stay was for my wife for her birthday; the following is her review. a gorgeous room right in the centre of lovely Winterthur. Superbly clean, very friendly staff and such a comfy bed. The price is a true bargain for Switzerland considering the central location and generous size of the room. Loved the inclusions such and a small fridge, bathtub, and tea/coffee making items. They even left me a little cake with candle and card for my birthday. Lush garden views and everything at your doorstep.

Very friendly and supportive staff, both at reception desk and at breakfast. Convenient location in the center of Winterthur: many points of interest within walking distance. Decent choice for breakfast. Very good value for money. Many places to eat nearby. There is a small movie theater in the same building (with shared reception desk), but we did not have any problems with noise.

Beautyfull Gardens and good location.
One of the biggest headaches when driving to your hotel is finding a convenient place to park, so these properties are on hand to take the pressure off. Options range from secure underground car parking, to safe spots within easy reach of the hotel itself.
Our room faced the garden and offered us a good sleep (the restaurant was closed during our stay on a Sunday). The room’s furniture had already seen better days, but was acceptable for a short stay like ours. Parking is easy next to the hotel. The owners were welcoming and nice.
We had a meeting in Winterthur and all hotels were booked for our dates. The guest house offered a nice position close to Winterthur in the middle of nature with free parking. The restaurant was good. Hosts are really nice and helpful.
