Hotel was just great. The room layout was a bit interesting, and I was concerned that it won't accomodate 5 people, but in the end it did quite well. The upper terrace with jacuzzi was very nice (kids really enjoy it spending time in there after a long walk through town and the Transportation Museum) and the views were amazing (especially watching the sky at night and mountains in the morning) Breakfast was very good and we really enjoy it. The staff was just wonderful, very helpful and accomodating. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling through Luzern
