It is very kind. Also they give to us travel tickets. We used to use all buss in the bern town free thanks to this ticket. In addition, breakfast(5/10) and towel are free.

Nice cosy room and excellent restaurant. Friendly staff and special thanks to Aina at the reception who is also an excellent barrista. We had dinner 2 nights in a row at the restaurant too.
